Swipe Films offers filmmakers executive producer, producer and UK co-production services. It raises the finance for its films from a combination of traditional film finance companies such as Lionsgate, UK Film Council and BBC Films, private equity investors and the British tax credit. It has worked with a stellar list of actors including David Thewlis, Ewan McGregor, Tom Wilkinson, Christina Applegate and Joanna Lumley and has an eye for spotting up and coming talent including Johnny Knoxville from the TV show JACKASS, Anna Friel from Hollyoaks, Leighton Meister from Gossip Girl and Gabriel Macht from the upcoming Frank Miller movie, The Spirit.
